HOW TO ORDER
We support diverse local economies, so we encourage our customers to support their local health food stores. To locate a store near you, please visit our store locator and we'll direct you to your nearest location. If there is not a store near you which carries the product you are looking for, we're pleased to offer most of our products on this website.
It's as easy as the grocery store! Select your items, add them to the cart and race to the checkout! You can create an account if you'd like, or checkout as a guest. Either way, we won't sell your name to anyone, and we'll make sure to email you a tracking number when the package is shipped.

Call Customer Service at (800) 316-6869 to place your order, or request a printed catalog. They're available Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm PST.
All retail orders will be shipped within three business days of receipt, unless your requested product is unavailable or is in-process at the time of order. All orders will be charged common carrier rates based on your shipping zip code, weight and carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Free Shipping on orders $50+ details
- All retail orders placed via www.oregonswildharvest.com exceeding $50 will receive FREE Economy Shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding HI, AK and other US Territories).
- A subtotal of $50 must be reached after discounts and before sales tax is calculated.
- Oregon's Wild Harvest will select the carrier when paying the freight, which may result in 7-10 day arrival dates.
- Faster delivery options will be available at the time of purchase in place of the FREE Shipping. If chosen, the customer will be responsible for all charges.
- Oregon's Wild Harvest reserves the right to change the Free Shipping options at any time.
Tracking your package
Your tracking information will be sent via email when the package is shipped. Please remember, a USPS tracking number is only valid to your local post office, and not to your door. Please contact us immediately if you think your shipment is lost, or if you have not received a tracking number within one week of placing your order.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Please check back in the future, to see if our policies have changed.
Receiving your order
Please open your order soon after arrival to verify your order was shipped to your satisfaction. If your shipment contained multiple boxes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email. Make sure you receive ALL of your boxes. Please contact us immediately via the form here, or call us at (800) 316-6869 if there is an error with your order, or if any products arrive damaged.

Was your account set up prior to February 1, 2016? If so, please select the "Forgot My Password" option from the Login page and follow the directions in the email which is sent to you. For your security, your password did not transfer to our new site.
Did you check out as a guest? If you checked out as a guest, your order history and tracking information will not be available via the webstore. Please contact customer service for further information.
100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Our goal is always 100% satisfaction! We are thankful that you've chosen Oregon's Wild Harvest, and guarantee you'll be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request to return your order within 60 days of invoice for a comparable replacement or qualified refund.
Returns will be approved on an individual basis. Credit or replacements will be granted based on the condition of the item returned and the reason for the return. A 15% restock fee may be applied. No returns are accepted on special order items.

We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard or Discover. And, we now offer Paypal, too! If you are unable to pay via credit card, please contact customer service to place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped when payment is received.
Occasionally, our warehouse will run out of stock. If you are interested in a certain herbal product and it is not currently in stock, please come back and check again in a few days. Chances are, a fresh batch is on it's way! At this time, we can not backorder products and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
