Suggested Use
Take 1 mL twice daily in warm water or juice. 1 mL = approx. 40 drops.
Background and Use
Nettle has a very long history of use and its medicinal use was first documented by the Greeks, although most references describe the use of the tops. The recent use of the roots originates from studies done in the 1980's which studied the root for prostate support.
Precautions
