Pour 8 oz. of freshly boiled water over one tablespoon of tea in a cup or a teapot. Cover and steep for 10 minutes or to your taste. For increased flavor and potency, steep longer. Strain using a tea strainer and enjoy hot or cold, with or without your favorite sweetener. Drink 2 cups daily.
