This herbal combination was developed by Dr. Nick Friedman, D.C. and N.D. Sustaining knee injuries from soccer and a motorcycle accident, Dr. Friedman embarked on a personal quest to improve mobility with these old injuries. This led him to formulate a combination using Bromelain, Turmeric, Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids.

As an herbal supplement, take three capsules twice daily without food.
Turmeric is a highly regarded spice used in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. It is an ingredient in curry, and it has been used for more than 2000 years as a culinary spice, medicine, cosmetic, and a fabric dye. This important spice was even described in Marco Polo's memoirs. It became popular in Europe during Medieval times for its coloring value and medicinal uses. Traditionally, Turmeric has been used for gastrointestinal health, joint health and overall body energy. Turmeric also plays a role in some Indian religious ceremonies.
During the 1970s, research began to focus on the pharmacological properties of Turmeric and its constituent curcumin, particularly regarding antioxidant properties and joint health.
Bromelain is a natural plant-based enzyme. First used medicinally in 1957, Bromelain has been studied in more than 200 scientific papers for its therapeutic applications.
There is a known synergy between Vitamin C and the Bioflavonoids. They are naturally found together in fruits and vegetables and help improve bioavailability if taken together. Bioflavonoids also protect the oxidation of Vitamin C and therefore improve and prolong its usefulness in the body.
