Ordering

We support diverse local economies, so we encourage our customers to support their local health food stores. To locate a store near you, please visit our store locator section, and we'll direct you to the nearest location. If you don't live near a store that carries our products, we're pleased to offer many of our products on this website. Please visit our product categories section to find the quality products you're looking for.

If you are unable to order online, or would prefer ordering by mail or fax, please print our downloadable packaged goods or bulk herb catalogs here. The catalogs are available in PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Reader currently, click here.

Backorders

Occasionally, our warehouse will be out of stock of certain products. If you are interested in any of our organic herbal products, and it is not currently in stock, please come back and check the product availability within a few days. At this time, we can not backorder products. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping and Handling

Orders will be shipped within three business days of receipt, unless product is unavailable or is in-process at the time of order.

All orders will be charged preferred carrier rates, based on your shipping zip code.

Shipping is automatically calculated based on the daily rates provided by FedEx. 

International customers should place their order via telephone with Customer Service, for appropriate shipping rates and options.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns and Damages

Our goal is always 100% satisfaction! We carefully package all orders, but in the event of damage in shipping, please notify us promptly. If you or your customer are not fully satisfied with any product, we guarantee a comparable replacement or full credit. Products may be returned, with approval, within 60 days of invoice, and are subject to a 15% restock fee. Products must be returned in saleable condition to receive credit. No returns are accepted on special order items.
