This organically grown herb is cultivated in healthy fertile soils of our organic farm in the Pacific Northwest.

As an herbal supplement, take three capsules daily with food. It is recommended to take a short break between each bottle if using on a daily basis.
According to the herbalist and writer Mrs Grieves, wormwood is the bitterest herb with the exception of Rue. Wormwood was used to repel fleas and moths, and in brewing (wormwood beer, wormwood wine). The aperitif vermouth was originally derived from wormwood in which its name is derived (the German word Wermut means "wormwood"). It is taken as an apertitif to stimulate digestion prior to eating. Wormwood contains the essential oil; absinthin, acids and resins that support a healthy microbial environment. A healthy gut has a natural resistance to invading bugs.
Use all Wormwood supplements with caution. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance of a health care professional.
Persons sensitive to plants in the Daisy family (sesquiterpene lactone-containing plants) should use all Wormwood with caution.
