Saw Palmetto was traditionally used by Native Americans and in the 19th Century, it was used by naturopaths for the Genitourinary system or endocrine-related health. Commonly prescribed in Europe, Saw Palmetto is now the most commonly used alternative herb used for prostate health in the US.
