Suggested Use
As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice daily, with or without food. For maximum absorption, it is recommended to take Maitake with Vitamin C.
Background and Use
Native to Japan, it has been used as a food and a medicine for thousand of years- it once was worth its weight in silver it was so precious. In the late 1980s, Japanese scientists identified the Maitake as more potent than other medicinal mushrooms including the revered Shiitake.
