Suggested Use
Take 1 mL three times daily in warm water or juice. 1 mL = approx. 40 drops.
Background and Use
Chaste Tree is grown in Mediterranean countries and central Asia. Its dried fruit has a pepper-like aroma and flavor, and has been used in many traditional preparations to support female reproductive hormones. The Ancient Greeks reported chaste tree helpful in supporting female hormonal balance. The Greek physician Hippocrates (460-377 B.C.) wrote, "If blood flows from the womb, let the woman drink dark wine in which the leaves of the Chaste Tree have been steeped."
Chaste Tree is now the subject of several clinical trials. Preliminary results are supporting traditional use. In Germany Chaste Tree is considered a safe, effective, and economical and is accepted by, and widely used by gynecologists.
