Mulled Wine Seasoning Bag
Mulled wine, or Glogg or Gluhwein are all variations of spiced warm red wine. Across the many cultures these wines are traditionally drunk during winter, especially around Christmas. There are many different combinations that can be used and may include ginger, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. It is also delicious when mixed with fruit and/ fruit juice.

Directions
- Put the muslin on a flat surface and place the sugar, Cloves, Ginger and Orange peel into the center.
- Tie into a pouch with fine string and attach to the neck of the wine bottle.
- Attach the cinnamon stick to the bottle with a little raffia.
- Tie a label to the wine bottle with the following instructions: 'Tip the contents of the muslin bag into a pan with the wine, cinnamon stick* and 1 cup of water. Do not boil (Unless you want the alcohol reduced) but maintain at a temperature of 70 degrees fahrenheit for for 5 minutess, then strain and serve.
